Beginning with the July, 2008, issue, Peel, Inc., graciously began producing LONA's neighborhood newsletter, gratis. While most LONA newsletters for the decade 1996 — 2006 have been archived here, Peel's newsletters, besides being mailed to each household in the neighborhood, were also posted at the Peel website. Due to insufficient advertising in the newsletter to cover the costs of production and distribution, Peel ceased publication of the LONA newsletter in January, 2012. LONA's Board of Officers continues examining ways of reinstituting a neighborhood newsletter that's both timely and affordable. Please send any suggestions to editor@laurel-oaks.org, or to lona_board@yahoogroups.com.
